We operate from two manufacturing units spread across 60,000 sq. ft., housing 39 state-of-the-art injection moulding machines. This infrastructure allows us to process a massive 160 metric tons of polymer every month.
High-Efficiency Injection Moulding: Our multi-cavity tools and lean manufacturing facility allow us to produce over 4 Lakh+ parts per day, with component weights ranging from a microscopic 0.03 g up to 650 g. A central conveying system with automatic master batch dosing ensures material is handled with supreme efficiency.
